The RoleWe are hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation through close. This role works both inbound leads and outbound prospecting and is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, and interested in long-term growth and advancement.

What You’ll Do- Own the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, and close
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads
- Run consultative discovery conversations to understand customer communication challenges
- Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
- Manage opportunities and forecasts accurately in Hubspot CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge
- Ramp to full quota within 2-3 months
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline
- Forecast accurately and manage deals with discipline
- Close new logos that become long-term Textline customers
- ~2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating goals
- Strong internal motivation, competitiveness, and ownership mentality
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and creating your own opportunities
- Coachability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment
- Sell a product that solves real, mission-critical communication problems
- Work in a performance-driven, merit-based sales culture

- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission: $75,000 base salary / $150,000 on target earnings
