EvolutionHR is working with a growing SaaS organization and seeking an experienced and energetic Inside Sales Manager, an SDR Manager.
The SDR Manager will be a critical part of the revenue generating team and work cross functionally with finance, marketing and other key members of the organization.
OverviewAs the SDR Manager, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives focused on growing adoption of the company's suite of software products. Your role will be pivotal in driving top‑of‑funnel pipeline growth, optimizing prospecting strategies, and setting the tone for our outbound sales motion. You will report to sales leadership and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a cohesive and effective go‑to‑market strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.
- Set team goals, monitor key metrics, and hold the team accountable to high standards of outreach quality and pipeline contribution.
- Develop and refine outbound sales strategies, messaging, and cadences in partnership with marketing.
- Monitor CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) to track activity and performance data.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance check‑ins with SDRs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure feedback from prospects is relayed to marketing and product teams.
- Forecast pipeline generation and provide regular reporting to sales leadership. Build a motivating culture of winning within the SDR channel.
- 2 to 4 years of experience successfully managing an SDR or inside sales team in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven success in building pipeline through outbound prospecting strategies, strong understanding of SDR metrics, how to drive consistent performance, and experience building outbound GTM playbooks.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) and sales enablement platforms.
- Industry experience with food service operations (restaurant or grocery) is a plus. Experience as a top performing Account Executive with a heavy emphasis on an outbound GTM motion is a plus.
- Located in the greater Nashville, TN area STRONGLY Preferred.
