High Ticket Sales Representative at The WFS Group
Base Pay Range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
In our world, “high ticket” means a price point of about $10k or above. We search for top sales talent and develop them into high‑closing professionals, offering high quality leads, high deal velocity, and strong commission structures. Our goal is to enable you to reach new earning potential through high ticket sales with WFS Group.
Responsibilities- Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call recordings, and strategize the pipeline.
- Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to move leads through the sales process.
- Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges, pain points, and create urgency for WFS products.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative approach.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom that highlight benefits and value.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting performance expectations.
- Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless process.
- Exhibit WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- At least 2 years of experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales with a proven closing record.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills and rapport building.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Know you were born to be a top producer/earner.
- Extensive phone/Zoom sales experience.
- Hungry with tenacity and not a lazy closer.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.
