Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Small Business
Hybrid insurance role in the Nashville area for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager skilled at handling Small Business accounts. High volume, high touch role requiring constant client engagement and strong organization behind the scenes. Manage all aspects of the client relationship, renewal preparation, remarketing as needed.
Job Details- Location: Nashville area, 2 days/week in office.
- Employment type: Full-time.

- Minimum three (3) years of experience as an account manager handling similar commercial lines accounts for an independent insurance agency.
- Expertise in managing small business accounts in the $5k-$15k revenue range across various industries (main street, contractors, habitation, and more). Stand‑alone coverages or package policies.
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing engagement and communication.
- Prepare renewal documentation and coordinate remarketing activities as required.
- Organize and manage policy details, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
