Sales Support Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am‑4pm plus 1 Saturday (7:30am‑11am) a month and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of commercial and/or plumbing product experience is preferred.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with an ability to build relationships is a plus.
- General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71 – $29.92
Note: This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Pay is displayed as monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles.
