• High-Earning Potential:
  Uncapped Commission $85K-$170K+ OTE
• Profit Sharing: Monthly and annual performance bonuses

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend solutions
• Conduct roof inspections (ladder and/or drone) and document findings
• Build rapport and guide clients through every step of the process
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Own your performance and hit your goals independently
• Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle
• Comfortable with heights and outdoor work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Coachable, dependable, and results-driven
