Inside Sales Representative

A rapidly expanding, asset-based logistics provider is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their Nashville-based team. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to build a long-term career in sales and logistics.

• Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
• Assist sales reps with quoting, scheduling, and account support
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and help resolve logistics-related issues (e.g., certifications, tank wash)
• Conduct targeted cold outreach and set appointments
• Support internal marketing and social media presence (Linked In, etc.)

• 0–1 year of sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly coachable, resilient, and hungry to grow
• Must be based in Nashville (in-office Mon, Tues, Thurs)

• Path to Outside Sales in 12–18 months
