The Role
CRST’s Dedicated Solutions division delivers customized, asset‑based fleet programs for regional and national shippers across the country. These solutions improve safety, efficiency, and service consistency for customers who rely on dedicated capacity.
As a Dedicated Sales Director, you’ll lead the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and implementation. You’ll shape CRST’s dedicated growth strategy by building programs tailored to customer needs while partnering closely with Operations and Pricing teams.
What You’ll Do- Identify and win dedicated fleet opportunities with enterprise and mid‑market shippers
- Build customer‑specific fleet designs using insights from Operations and Pricing
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies that grow CRST’s dedicated footprint in key markets
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customer decision‑makers
- Lead negotiations and structure multi‑year agreements that balance value and profitability
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementation
- Use customer data, industry trends, and competitive insights to refine strategy
- Represent CRST at customer meetings, industry conferences, and events
- Strong record of selling asset‑based or dedicated solutions
- Skilled at managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Comfortable designing custom solutions based on customer need and operational capability
- Confident communicator who builds trust with executives and cross‑functional teams
- Resourceful, data‑driven, and able to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success selling asset‑based or dedicated transportation solutions
- Experience designing and launching customer‑specific fleet programs
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to build profitable solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office
- Four‑year degree
- Experience selling to national or enterprise‑level accounts
- Ability to use performance data to support pricing and design decisions
- Cross‑functional collaboration experience with operations, pricing, and leadership
- Strong executive‑level communication and consultative selling skills
