Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Refrigeration, Sporlan
Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies and systems, with annual sales of $19.9 billion in fiscal year 2024.
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration sales professional to oversee regional sales teams and future Canadian accounts within the Industrial Refrigeration Business Unit.
Responsibilities- Maintain and grow territory sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts.
- Direct territory managers, sales representatives, and distributors.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate strategy.
- Coach and motivate staff to achieve regional sales goals.
- Represent Parker at trade shows, professional activities, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collect and disseminate market intelligence to support new revenue and margin opportunities.
- Stay current on product knowledge, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist in cross‑group sales and drive cross‑group opportunities.
- College degree with 6–10 years of industrial refrigeration or distributor sales experience (or equivalent education/experience).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills: staff provisioning, training, coaching, and motivation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced PC skills.
- Willingness to travel 50–70 % of time (overnight).
- Product knowledge and system certification preferred.
- Pay Range $97,600 – $162,750 annually (based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations).
- Participation in the Sales Incentive Plan.
