Role Overview
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts
. You will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–150 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and forecast your sales pipeline.
- Sell HR technology and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Build and manage a book of business with autonomy and flexibility.
- Document and manage multiple sales cycles through implementation.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Utilize industry‑leading compensation, benefits, awards and incentive trips to drive performance.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
- Positive, persistent self‑starter with strong cold‑calling, time‑management and presentation skills.
- Fearless risk‑taker who embraces new opportunities and challenges the status quo.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership, resilience, and quick recovery from setbacks.
- Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives by integrity, and delivers on promises.
- College degree is desirable but not required; related experience in quota‑carrying B2B sales or HCM technology is acceptable.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
