Entry-Level Event Assistant

This role is centered around face-to-face sales, engaging with the public at retail events, pop-ups, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities

• Represent Playbook’s partner brands at live events across the Nashville area
• Build connections with customers and confidently introduce products or services
• Convert conversations into sales through engaging, informative communication
• Help create visually appealing event setups with promotional materials
• Address questions and handle feedback with professionalism and positivity
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative team atmosphere at each event

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are

• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Comfortable in face-to-face environments and public settings
• Energetic, self-motivated, and focused on results
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team
• Experienced in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required)
