Schneider Electric has an opportunity to join our Sales Development Program in Nashville, TN. We are seeking December 2025 and May 2026 graduates interested in a leadership career in Sales for a unique experience.

As a Sales Development Program candidate, you will become a specialist in Schneider Electric's offers with APC (American Power Conversion), sharpening your sales skills. The program, based in Nashville, includes technical product, customer interaction, and sales training. You will interact with customers to research, design, and recommend solutions.

The program begins with 6 weeks of training, followed by two year-long inside sales rotations in Nashville, providing on-the-job experience and continuous learning to launch your career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
  • Learning sales and technical curricula
  • Receiving career development and coaching
  • Engaging with peers in the cohort

This role might be for you if:

  • You are a recent graduate in Sales, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • You are available to start in July 2026
  • You have customer service or sales experience
  • You enjoy building customer relationships and developing sales skills
  • You communicate effectively and are passionate about sales
  • You are mobile and willing to relocate for the program and role
