Thibaut creates beautifully crafted wallpaper, fabric, trim, furniture, and rugs for the interior design community. Thibaut is headquartered in New Jersey with corporate offices in London and flagship showrooms in NYC, LA, Chicago, and Atlanta. All products are created by our in-house design studio and stocked in our state-of-the-art warehouse in North Carolina.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational excellence while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop showroom staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Drive showroom sales through effective strategies and performance tracking.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and brand-aligned presentation.
  • Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and showroom operations.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Partner with marketing on events, promotions, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 5–7 years of management experience in retail or showroom environments.
  • Proven success in sales leadership, team development, and operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with showroom technology.
  • Ability to be active on the showroom floor throughout the day.
