As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide each guest with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. • You’re a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage with each guest with a “friends first” mindset. (We’ll teach you the model.)
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products; guests come to you for product details and you suggest items that fit their needs.
• You share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang – your skill set works anywhere, whether Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom, and you flex as needed.
• You’re an innovative problem solver, prioritizing guests’ satisfaction and resolving concerns while following company policy.
• You’re a team player – always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You have integrity – you do the right thing and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people!

• You have previous retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
