Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T0144) n to apply for the Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) role.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signs, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Maintain backroom organization for replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signage execution during clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back out to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
• Mobility for the duration of a shift
