Stock Associate – Early Morning (Off‑Hours)

YOUR ROLE
As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You support AEO Brand Standards, bring attention to detail, and flex to support team and guests on the sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Process shipments, replenish inventory, apply markdowns and execute merchandising to keep product moving efficiently.
• Keep the stockroom organized, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take corrective action.
• Step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• Follow safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor, adhering to Asset Protection policies and AEO procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
• You have flexible availability – early morning, late evening and weekends.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
