Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours) role at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is a part-time position focused on moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. The role requires a passion for AEO Brand Standards, attention to detail, and the ability to support the team and guests on the Sales floor as needed while representing AEO values.

You can’t buy product if it’s not on the floor. As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You:

• Maintain a high standard for brand presentation and ensure merchandise moves efficiently from stock to floor.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay orderly.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take action to correct them.
• Work with the team to assist with non-stock tasks or guest needs on the Sales floor when needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• Move product from Stockroom to Sales floor through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Execute markdowns and merchandising in alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain Stockroom organization and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team to assist guests and complete tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety, security, and policy requirements.

• You love AE and Aerie products and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• You manage time well, set priorities, and are flexible with early morning, late evening, and weekend availability.
• You have experience in a stock-related role or demonstrate practical readiness.
