Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store policies, products, and operational procedures
- Help train, mentor, and motivate new team members to foster a collaborative team environment
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store technology
- Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Requirements Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:- The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year.
- Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
- A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to wear western boots while working.
- A High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
