• Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Completing all transactions quickly and accurately.
• Offering our Protection Plan and credit card on eligible products (incentive pay for sales).
• Supporting team members with tasks such as putting away product, executing price changes, and other duties that improve customer service.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑service experience (admired but not required).
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Love of tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service‑focused mindset.
