We’re looking for a full‑time Assistant Store Manager who will contribute to a profitable, customer‑centric environment by developing a high‑performing team and managing total store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
    • Assists in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
    • Fosters a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
    • Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts consistent touch‑bases with direct reports.
  • Customer Experience
    • Creates an environment of genuine customer connection.
    • Demonstrates extraordinary service and acts as a brand ambassador reflecting company values.
    • Maintains an energized pace, positive service environment and team development.
    • Implements Omni‑Channel processes and tools to better serve the customer.
  • Visual & Business Operations
    • Facilitates the sharing of product knowledge.
    • Upholds stock‑to‑sales processes, presentation standards, and manages product placement.
    • Maintains effective store structure, floor plan and appropriate fixture usage.
    • Ensures compliance with shipments, transfers, and restock standards.
    • Develops awareness of internal and external loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Communication & Relationships
    • Sets clear objectives and expectations to drive a consistent store experience and operational excellence.
    • Encourages and demonstrates adaptability to positively effect change and enable the team to execute a shared vision.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Retail Management experience (Store Manager experience preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, selling and customer service skills.
  • Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
  • Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
  • Experience in coaching, counseling and conflict resolution.
  • Independent, proactive and results‑driven work ethic.
  • Utmost character, honesty and transparency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to stand, walk and move for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat and kneel while stocking inventory.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service while implementing loss‑prevention practices.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and perform store maintenance tasks.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Available to work weekends (Friday‑Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed.
