Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and execute company policies accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties efficiently, ensuring positive shopping experiences.
• Unload, process, and stock freight according to store guidelines.
• Complete store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the store.
• Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly tasks.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and comprehension.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, or 100 lbs with team lift.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical behavior.

Additional qualities include being flexible and creative, with the ability to handle multiple shifting priorities.
