• Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer phone/email inquiries
• Guide customers through sign options and gather project details
• Prepare quotes, process payments, and manage order approvals
• Coordinate with our in-house design and production teams
• Occasionally assist with local deliveries or site surveys
• Keep the front of house organized and professional
• Support light marketing and administrative tasks

• Are detail-oriented, professional, and great with people
• Can multitask and manage multiple orders at once
• Are comfortable using macOS (and occasionally Windows), and confident learning new software (experience with Quick Books is a plus)
• Have strong grammar, spelling, and written communication
• Love variety and want to grow your skills in a creative industry

• Consistent Mon–Fri schedule, 9AM–4PM (35 hours/week), giving you your evenings and weekends free
• Healthcare plans with $200/month employer reimbursement (eligible after 90 days, with increases based on length of employment)

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
