Eurest, a globally recognized food service leader, is hiring a full‑time COOK in Nashville, Tennessee.
Job SummaryPrepares high‑quality food items in accordance with corporate standards and HACCP guidelines. Supports kitchen operations and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
Location & ScheduleLocation: 1010 Church Street, Nashville, Tennessee 37203.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm or 8:00 am‑4:00 pm.
Compensation$20.00–$24.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Prepares food items according to standardized recipes.
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery and ensures correct portioning and temperature.
- Uses ticket collection procedures and records service periods.
- Maintains kitchen cleanliness, stores, and appliance operation.
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
- Reports maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to supervisor.
- Attends in‑service training and safety meetings.
- Prior line‑cook experience required; breakfast cook experience preferred.
- Ability to follow HACCP and safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
