The Food and Beverage Supervisor leads and supports the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to deliver outstanding guest service. This role ensures that every dining experience is seamless, efficient, and memorable while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.
How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future- Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups.
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally.
- Assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness; requisition supplies as needed.
- Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers.
- Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations.
- Attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- At least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail; or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred.
Wage: $22/hour
Academic Background- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
