Our restaurant group, Castellucci Hospitality Group, is a family owned and operated collection of restaurants with six locations in Atlanta and one in Nashville. Our modern Spanish tapas restaurant,
The Iberian Pig, opened this past September in The Gulch area of Nashville. The menu is inspired by the ingredients of the Iberian Peninsula featuring creative tapas and cured meats and cheeses including Jamón Ibérico. Our signature cocktail is a bacon infused whiskey old fashioned, but guests can enjoy red and white sangria and a robust selection of regional wines and our featured sherry offerings.

We are currently hiring a Server Assistant who is expected to display passion and hospitality daily and pursue the perfect dining experience for all of our guests. Our Server Assistants are actively responsible for ensuring the timely service of food and beverages to our guests by ensuring proper planning of each shift, must possess high levels of communication, have proper execution of systems and have a strong presence in the dining room at all times.

• Ensure timely service of food and beverages to guests by proper shift planning and execution of systems.

• Display passion and hospitality daily and pursue the perfect dining experience for all guests.

• Possess high levels of communication and maintain a strong presence in the dining room at all times.

• Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.

• Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.

• Required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
