Role DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Catering Sous Chef for our on-site location in Nashville, TN. The Catering Sous Chef will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals for catered events. They will manage food service operations, oversee cooking processes, ensure excellent presentation standards, and support the head chef in kitchen management. The role requires collaboration, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Qualifications- Proficient in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service
- Strong Culinary Skills and experience in Culinary Management
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and maintain attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in catering or a similar culinary role is a plus
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred
