The Food Service Worker prepares, presents and serves food as needed in a focused and efficient manner.

• Location:
  
  Blakeford Green Hills – 11 Burton Hills Boulevard, Nashville, Tennessee 37215.
• Schedule:
  
  Part‑time; 10:00 am – 7:30 pm & 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm, rotating weekends & holidays required. Pay differential provided.
• Requirement:
  One year of prior food‑service experience is required.
• Pay Range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
