Event Bartender
$19-$21 an hour
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Read and follow directions on the Event Order, Bar Notes and Bar Procedures to set bar accordingly.
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests including beer, wine, cocktails, signature drinks etc.
- Interacting with guests, taking orders and serving drinks.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Recognizes the signs of over intoxication and refuses service when necessary.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area, and complete post-event checklist.
Will be required to stand, walk and use hands to handle equipment. Must maintain a friendly, dependable and reliable demeanor towards guests, staff and vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics- All Bartenders must be a Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Bartender required.
- ABC Certification Preferred.
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently and often.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts. This role is primarily weekends and holidays.
