Role DescriptionA Commercial Real Estate Agent works closely with clients to buy, sell, lease, and manage commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property evaluations, negotiating contracts, preparing property listings, providing market insights, and building lasting relationships with clients to meet their specific real estate needs.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate transactions and practices
- A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of brokerage operations
- Strong skills in Real Estate sales and client relationship management
