This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Covington, GA. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for meeting potential residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring smooth lease administration. Daily tasks include handling resident retention, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensure smooth lease administration and contribute to resident retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Experience with leases and lease administration
• Strong skills in resident retention and customer service
• Ability to work on-site in Covington, GA
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
