ABOUT: Built on Tradition. Our story was born from a simple yet profound concept: to create a collaborative haven for realtors, rooted in an unswerving commitment to our local communities. In those early days, the goal was clear – to serve the residents of Middle Tennessee with integrity, honesty, and trust.
Reflecting on the incredible journey of Woodmont Realty, we are reminded of the remarkable path from our firm’s inception in 1990 and to where it has led us to where we are today.
The Woodmont Realty mission statement of “Built on Tradition. Focused on the Future” still rings true to this day.
Focused on the Future.Fast-forward to today, we have not only preserved that original vision but have propelled it to unprecedented heights.
“My connection to this company runs much deeper than a business venture – it's a personal calling, shares Ginger Holmes, co-owner and Principal Broker of the Nashville office location. “My father, Ray Pruett, stood as one of the visionary founding members who, along with six other forward-thinking real estate professionals, embarked on a mission to redefine realty services in Middle Tennessee.”
Tonya Hamilton, co-owner and VP of Relocation Services and Business Development adds, “The evolution of Woodmont Realty into a 100% women-owned enterprise reflects the leadership, dedication, and passion that we infuse into our roles. As true natives of Nashville, our connection to this vibrant city is profound. This connection fuels our commitment to delivering real estate services that transcend mere transactions, becoming deeply personal experiences that shape lives.
Navigating the constantly changing real estate environment, we stay dedicated to the fundamental principles that have steered us for more than thirty years. At Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Woodmont Realty, we don't just handle property transactions; we focus on creating dreams, preserving legacies, and strengthening communities.
