Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident during property tours.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and appointments efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market, including trends and property values, to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to strategies that enhance the client experience.
  • Experience in preparing spaces for presentations, ensuring properties are showcased in their best light.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing training and feedback to grow your real estate expertise.
Compensation

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly
