We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead and elevate our QC function across the Nashville market.
We’re seeking a steady, trusted technical leader who thrives in fast‑paced production environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality to customers.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Quality Control Manager
, you will:
- Lead and support a hands‑on Quality Control team.
- Conduct daily check‑ins and provide technical guidance.
- Act as senior escalation for customer issues and “fire‑level” challenges.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through site visits and consulting.
- Oversee mix design and ensure all products meet performance standards.
- Partner with operations, production, and vendor teams.
- Drive consistent quality outcomes across all projects and product lines.
- Strong mix design and concrete performance knowledge.
- Leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Cross-functional partnering ability and vendor management experience.
- Technical problem solver in high-volume operations.
