Overview
Fast-paced Kennel connected to a well-established companion animal practice in West Chester, Ohio is looking for a part time kennel technician.
Responsibilities- Leash walking small and large dogs
- Feeding and medicating both dogs and cats
- Bathing dogs
- Cleaning and sanitizing the kennel and runs
- Interacting with our clientele during drop off and pick up procedures
- Using our computer system to make reservations and check clients in and out
- Previous experience as a kennel technician is preferred
- Knowledge of basic pet care and husbandry is a must
- Ability to work holidays and weekends, as well as day and evening hours during the week
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to walk large and small dogs
- Own reliable transportation
