• Manage a multi‑line phone system and greet clients with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to promote optimal pet health.
• Provide a calm, empathetic presence for clients and pets, treating each animal with the same care you would use for your own.

• Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Preferred experience with veterinary software; flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
