Our client is a full-service hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This practice provides high-quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics, welcoming both emergency cases and routine medical, surgical, and dental care. The hospital is committed to supporting pets throughout every stage of life while maintaining a compassionate, family‑like environment.
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is closed on Sundays. This position can be structured as full‑time, with flexible scheduling to ensure a healthy work‑life balance.
Role Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care including routine exams, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics, while fostering strong client relationships through effective communication and education. Maintaining accurate medical records and promoting preventative health care are key aspects of this role. The position is ideal for veterinarians passionate about high‑quality medicine, with surgical proficiency considered an advantage. Both experienced veterinarians and those seeking mentorship will be considered.
TeamThe practice features a team of five experienced DVMs supported by a skilled and dedicated group of technicians, nurses, and client care staff. The environment fosters collaboration, mentorship, and the pursuit of excellence in veterinary care.
