# Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Tennessee

** 2:1 patient ratio on a 32-bed unit, 4-week schedules with 3-4 weekend shifts per scheduling period, floating as needed based on census
** Highlights:**- Cardiac ICU with a growing cardiogenic shock program featuring 12 dedicated beds
- Specialize in advanced cardiac care including PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT
- Perform critical procedures including central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubations
- Work with state-of-the-art equipment including Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitors
- Electronic documentation using Meditech
- Support from student nurse externs as techs and unit secretary Monday through Friday
** Requirements:**- Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license
- Cardiac experience required
- Strong critical care experience- BLS and ACLS certifications required- PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring skills

- Experience with IABP and Impella preferred- CRRT experience preferred
