Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner to join our established team in the Middle Tennessee area. Our practice includes the following:

• Coverage at 1 Level III NICU and 4 Level II NICUs along with normal nursery care in a couple of our clinical sites
• Candidates must possess strong newborn assessment, management, and delivery room skills
• Desire to work collaboratively with experienced neonatologists and NNPs in a team centered atmosphere
• Willingness to provide bedside education to staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ground and air transport required
• Opportunities exist for more structured staff education as interested
