Unit: 31 beds | Ratios 1:1–1:3 (acuity/staffing dependent)

Required:

Active RN license + ICU experience + BLS & ACLS

Schedule:

4-week schedules; minimum 4 weekend shifts per schedule (some self-scheduling)

Charting/Equipment: MEDITECH | vents, EVDs, CRRT/SLED, EV1000

Float:
Contract staff float first; may float to Med-Surg and take assignment if needed

Common Procedures Supported:
Central/arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tubes, EVD insertions
