Responsibilities- Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
- Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
- Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
- Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
- Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be caring, compassionate, have good communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and be a team player.
- Tennessee LPN Nursing license.
- Experience:
Long term care, skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred, but not required. - We hire GNs and GPNs.
- Work Hours:
8 hour shifts (3pm-11pm or 7am-3pm). - Job Type: Part Time.
- Pay: up to $35 per hour based on years of experience. $5000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time.
