RN - Weekdays - Evenings - $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Hermitage Hall is hiring a Registered Nurse for weekday evening shifts (Mon–Thu, 3 pm–11 pm). This full‑time position (32 hrs) offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and opportunities for overtime or additional shift coverage.

- Provide physical care and implement therapeutic and medical regimes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant medical information.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff for effective communication of residents’ needs.
- Obtain resident histories and necessary medical information.
- Observe residents for physical, emotional, behavioral changes and report findings.
- Contribute to treatment plan development and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Assist in staff orientation and continuing education.
- Administer medications and treatments, documenting accurately.
- Document side effects, adverse drug reactions, and report them.
- Ensure safety and security of all medications in the facility.
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform routine tests.
- Participate in quality improvement and program evaluation activities.
- Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies following policy.
- Demonstrate knowledge of applicable regulations and act in compliance.
- Perform additional functions incidental to nursing activities as required.
- Associate’s in Nursing degree or higher from an accredited program.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting (preferred 1‑2 years).
- Experience with adolescents and in psychiatric settings is a plus.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Ability to attend a mandatory, two‑week new‑hire orientation (Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑4:30 pm).
- Full background check required (fingerprint, drug screen, employment verification).
