Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Director of Organizational Development to design and deliver leadership and organizational development programs that drive performance and engagement. This role partners with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to assess needs, implement solutions, and prepare leaders to manage change effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess organizational needs and recommend development strategies.

* Support Galen College of nursing dean accelerator program

* Design and deploy leadership development programs, succession planning, and mentoring initiatives.

* Facilitate talent assessments, multi-rater feedback sessions, and performance management processes.

* Provide expert facilitation and coaching to leaders and employees.

* Consult on employee engagement strategies and interpret engagement results.

* Prepare leaders and employees to lead and manage organizational change.

* Lead and coach L&OD Training Specialists; provide feedback to COE on programs and tools.

Qualifications

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree (required)

* Master's in organizational development or related field (preferred)

* Experience:

* 7+ years in organizational development or related field

* Skills:

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Critical thinking and multi-tasking ability

* Expertise in change management, talent assessment, and leadership development

* Higher Education experience preferred
