A nationally ranked children’s hospital is expanding its overnight cardiology team and seeking Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to care for complex post-operative and medically admitted patients. This full-time nocturnist role offers the chance to work in a high-acuity setting within a collaborative, academic-driven environment that values APPs as essential members of the care team. Highlights

• Provide overnight care to pediatric cardiology patients, including heart failure, transplant, electrophysiology, and post-operative cases
• Work 13 night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) per 4-week block with a rotating weekend schedule
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, nutrition, pharmacy, and child life
• No procedures required;
  Epic EMR in place
• $15,000 sign-on bonus for APPs with 1+ years of experience
• $1,100 monthly night shift differential
• Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation and full benefits package
• Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
• Acute Care NP preferred; experienced PAs and well-qualified new grads considered
