Hourly Rate: $34.24 – $45.75 (based on experience)

Night Differential: +$3.75/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates relocating over 50 miles)

We are seeking an Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team in Hermitage, TN. In this role, you will provide leadership during the night shift, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while guiding staff and overseeing daily unit operations. This position offers both professional growth and leadership advancement opportunities within our organization.

Assess, monitor, and record patient symptoms and condition changes.

Coordinate with providers and staff to implement individualized care plans.

Delegate and oversee tasks, ensuring accountability for patient outcomes.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and procedures.

Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care standards.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Licensure: Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state).

Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Certifications:

BLS (American Heart Association) – Required

ACLS & PALS – Within 1 year of hire

CPI – Within 6 months of hire

Experience:

3+ years as an RN (ER, ICU, or Psych preferred)

At least 1 year of Emergency Room nursing – Required

Prior leadership/charge nurse experience – Preferred

Unit Size: 22 beds

Patient Volume: Up to 166 patients/day

Charting System: Medi Tech (preferred, not required)
