Salary Range: $34.24 – $45.75/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:

Overview
Advance your nursing career as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to oversee patient care in a dynamic environment focused on teamwork, growth, and patient-centered excellence.
In this leadership role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support staff development, and ensure safe, high-quality care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for PCU staff, providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
Support improved patient outcomes and ensure an exceptional care experience.
Assist with staff scheduling, patient flow, and admissions/discharges
.
Monitor and manage a 34-bed PCU caring for patients with:
Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis, and pulmonary complications.
IV drips including cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, and lasix.
Neuro and COVID-related conditions.
Licensed: Active RN license required.
Educated: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Experienced: Prior Charge Nurse or Nurse Leadership experience required.
Certified:
BLS: Required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS: Required within 30 days of hire.
NIHSS Stroke Certification: Required within 30 days of hire.
