Location:

West Meade Place, 1000 St Luke Drive, Nashville, TN 37205

Work Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday, 12 hr shifts (7pm-7am or 7am-7pm)

Compensation: LPN pay $32 - $39 (based on experience), plus shift differential, weekend shift differential, $5000 sign-on bonus for full time, $2500 for part time. Time and a half for overtime.

• Responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
• Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
• Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
• Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem solving skills.
• Must be caring, compassionate, have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and be a team player.

Tennessee LPN or RN Nursing license. We hire GNs and GPNs.
