• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; promptly identify and report changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitor, and document care administration following provider orders.
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response and take appropriate action.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up, translating complex terminology into clear, understandable language.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS Instructor certification bonus.
