Description

- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; promptly identify and report changes in status.
- Perform procedures, monitor, and document care administration following provider orders.
- Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response and take appropriate action.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up, translating complex terminology into clear, understandable language.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- BCLS Instructor certification bonus.
