Exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join a team guided by a board-certified geriatrician. Our goal is to improve healthcare for older adults, ensuring they don't get lost in the shuffle.
On-site visits at Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Senior Living Apartments throughout Tennessee. Can be part-time or full-time. Opportunities available in Hendersonville, Nashville, Brentwood, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Hermitage, Manchester, Tullahoma, Shelbyville, and other locations.
Payment is per visit after documentation, with rates of $35-$45 per visit. Payment is made bi-monthly (invoices due on the 7th and 22nd). The role includes call responsibilities on an 'as needed' basis, paying $250/week plus additional for night visits. Unpaid backup telehealth visits are also available.
Requirements include a Tennessee medical license, active DEA, laptop or smartphone. Long-term care or assisted living experience and malpractice insurance are preferred. Experience with geriatric patients is a plus but not required; training and support are provided.
