• Demonstrates an active concern for all customers (both external and internal) of the hospital.

• RN’s Only – Performs medical screenings on all patients entering admission department.
• Performs Behavioral Assessments either face to face or via telemedicine and ongoing re‑assessments based on departmental specific policies and procedures. Determines Level of Care based on face to face or telemedicine assessment completed and physician consult.
• Provides a thorough clinical review and risk assessment with appropriate level of care determination.
• Performs requirements of any standardized procedure for which the employee has obtained and maintained competence including MPA.
• Performs psychiatric and ongoing re‑assessments based on departmental specific policies and procedures.
• Responds within established timeframe to requests for onsite and telemedicine evaluations
• Demonstrates flexibility and supports changes that improve quality of care, service and operations
