Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, for a Charity Event Assistant. The Charity Event Assistant will assist in planning, organizing, and managing charity events, ensuring successful execution and participant engagement. Daily responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, maintaining strong communication with partners and volunteers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about supporting impactful causes within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Educate potential customers and donors on our clients’ missions, services, and impact.
  • Collaborate with other Event Assistant team members to maximize event engagement, sales performance and visibility.
  • Represent clients in a professional and approachable manner at community events and outreach programs.
  • Support the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional and fundraising events.
  • Maintain accurate reports on sales activity, community feedback, and event outcomes.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with community members, customers, and team members alike.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships and effectively engage with partners, donors, and attendees
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills to prioritize tasks and meet goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Passion for community engagement and supporting youth-focused causes
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
